I recently began contributing to the Debian Publicity Team. One thing I love about Debian is the abundance of tasks—there’s always something you can do. The community is incredible, and if you want to work on something specific or improve a particular skill, people are always open to helping you. About three weeks ago, I started managing the 'Best Threads of the Week' in the Debian User Forums. I've never really been a forum user or a forum manager, so this is new for me. But I want to improve my English skills while helping Debian, so here we go. The latest Best Threads of the Week [2024-12-29](https://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?p=813921#p813921) were really interesting. Two of the topics discuss NVIDIA driver issues with kernel 6.12 I dealt with a few weeks ago. Because of that, I'm still using kernel 6.11 in my computer. There's a [simple patch](https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/patch-for-565-57-01-linux-kernel-6-12/313260) available, though I haven't tried it yet. Another thread offers a helpful step-by-step guide on [how to instal Broadcom drivers on a MacBook Air (2014/2015)](https://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?t=161358). Also, if you want to increase your volume over 100%, you can follow [this thread](https://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?t=161326). I'm excited to see what interesting discussions will come up next week in the Debian User Forums! :-) Happy New Year!
